The Reception
Security is a priority and you will need to ring the bell to enter the building. The doorman will kindly check you in and let you through to the reception area. The area is large and spacious and has modern facilities. There are 2 lifts that will take you to the third floor.
Kitchen
On entering apartment 313 you will be in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooktop, extractor, oven, fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, pots and pans. Everything you will need to prepare meals for your family. The kitchen features a breakfast bar to share experiences and laughter while cooking.
Dining Room
The dining room is a generous space featuring a stylish table complete with 4 chairs. The perfect size for breakfast, lunch and dinner with friends and family.
Lounge Room
The perfect space for relaxing after a long day of touring. The lounge room features 2 comfy sofas and a large television to enjoy your favorite TV shows and quiet time. Off the lounge room there is a small balcony to take in the roof top views of Cusco while enjoying the fresh mountain air.
Main Bedroom
Featuring a king size bed, this is the perfect place to get a good night sleep to rest and recharge for the days of touring. The bed has high quality sheets and blankets included a warm duvet and pillows. Bedside tables and lamps complete the bedroom for the best night’s sleep in the heart of the Andes. For those who need to work, the main bedroom has a desk and chair to assist in your work time.
Main Bedroom Bathroom
Modern and stylish the main bedroom bathroom features a shower, basin with ample storage and toilet. Top quality towels for your use are also provided. Abundant hot water to take those long showers that you need after a long day out and about.
Second Bedroom
Like the main bedroom, the second bedroom features a king sized bed, perfect for a second couple or children. The bed has high quality sheets and blankets including a warm duvet and pillows. Again, bedside tables and lamps complete the bedroom. Relax and rejuvenate sleeping in the comfort of your very own apartment.
Second Bathroom
Located just across the hall from the second bedroom is another bathroom. New and stylishly decorated with high quality ceramic tiles the bathroom features a shower, basin with ample storage and a toilet. Top quality fluffy towels, floor mats and hand towels are available for your use. Hot water in the shower is abundant, perfect when returning from a day out.
Laundry
The laundry cupboard has a small washing machine for your use, complete with a washing tub and clothes drying rack. All that your family needs to have a comfortable stay at SAM Apartments.

Four blocks from the main square in Cusco, SAM Apartments is in the perfect position in the heart of Cusco. With a large supermarket down stairs, you will want for nothing. The apartment is walking distance to all the fine dining restaurants, cafes and nightclubs.
The main attractions, like the temple of Santo Domingo and the main square with all its history are just blocks away, you won’t miss a thing.
Take a stroll around the Wanchaq market, where the local do their shopping, see the vast array of fruits and vegetable on offer, this is just a block away from the apartment.
SAM Apartments are just a short 20 minutes’ drive from Cusco International airport, SAM Apartments can arrange a transfer or you can take a taxi, the choice is yours. If you arrive into Cusco by bus or train, we can arrange transfer for those also.
